General Sales Conditions
To confirm your booking, please send us a credit card number with its expiry date to guarantee a table at the restaurant (less than or equal to 6 people). To book a stay, we require a down payment of 50% of the package chosen payable by bank transfer or cheque. For table bookings for more than 6 people, we require a down payment of €100 per person payable by bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellation conditions
> Cancellation at least 15 days before arrival: the 50% down payment can be used for a future stay. No credit card debit.
> Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: the 50% down payment is kept and can be deducted from a booking at a later date.
> Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of the reservation at the restaurant, €100 per person debited from your credit card.
Note that all cancellations of stays must be sent by email. No cancellation request made by telephone will be taken into account.
Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-812° of the French Consumer Code, they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The Sales Conditions for the price booked specify the cancellation and/or modification conditions for the booking.
